14.JURISDICTION
These User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the India and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Delhi, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
15. The rule of contractual construction known as the ‘Contra Proferentum’ rule shall not apply to these User Agreement.
